The pediatric hospitalist (physician, NP, or PA) who cared for your child during their hospitalization at Inova Children’s Pediatric Inpatient Unit at Inova Loudoun Hospital is an employee of Commonwealth Emergency Physicians PC. Your concussion clinic medical provider (physician, NP or PA) is a Commonwealth Emergency Physicians PC employee specializing in concussion management.

Your concussion clinic medical provider (physician, NP or PA) is a Commonwealth Emergency Physicians PC employee specializing in concussion management. 

Patients or guarantors sign the Inova Authorizations and Agreements at registration. This document explains that some physicians, NPs and PAs are independent contractors, not employed by the Inova Health System, and that you may receive a separate bill for such independent medical provider services. This signed document authorizes the Inova Health System and the independent contract professional medical provider group, in this case Commonwealth Emergency Physicians PC and/or Commonwealth Critical Care LLC, to bill me separately for the hospital charges and the medical professional services respectively.
