Billing
Commonwealth Emergency Physicians is a group of physicians, nurse practitioners (NP) and physician assistants (PA) working within the Inova Health System providing emergency medicine, critical care, pediatric hospitalist and concussion management professional services. Your Commonwealth Emergency Physicians bill for professional services (the care provided by the doctors, NPs and PAs) is separate from the hospital bill.

Medical Record Inquiries
There are several ways patients can access their medical records. The fastest and recommended way is through Inova MyChart. If you are unable to use MyChart, alternative options are available below. You could also request medical records online or by contacting the regional medical records office for the Inova location at which you were seen.
If You’re Unable to Use MyChart, you can request medical records from Inova Medical Records. You may request medical records through Inova Medical Records using one of the options below. These methods may take additional time to process.
